Even the best students sometimes hit a wall and find themselves faltering when it comes to keeping those grades up. 1. A Positive Mental Attitude Goes a Long Way
When those low grades start rolling in, itâ€™s only normal to feel let down and disappointed. This is the best time to not feel â€śdefeatedâ€ť and use it as a learning opportunity. What got you here in the first place? Was it ineffective organisation? Did you not prioritize life and school activities properly? So donâ€™t think about texting your friend in the middle of class or checking your social media because you want to know what your bestie thinks about the photos you posted last night. Invest in a focus app for your phone so you wonâ€™t be tempted to check it every few minutes.
5. Hire a Private Tutor
This should be a last resort because a really great private tutor can be expensive. However, a little extra tuition might be just what you need to bring those grades back up, so go for it!
